GOLF COURSE SUPERINTENDENT
Works closely with the General Manager/Golf Professional and is responsible for all phases of golf course maintenance and agronomic operations, cost control, personnel management, fiscally responsible, professional, and great customer relations. Provides safety training, maintenance of irrigation systems, pesticide applications and compliance of all regulatory issues.
Qualifications: Two year degree or certification in Turf Management or related field such as agronomy, horticulture, plant or soil science. Two to five years of experience as a Golf Superintendent or 1st Assistant/Turfgrass Manager. Must have a pesticide application license and a valid KY driver’s license.
Benefits: Salary range $38,000 – $52,000. Participate in Kentucky Retirement System. Benefit package to include health, life insurance, dental, vision, deferred comp, etc.
