HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR
The City of Shelbyville is seeking a detail oriented individual to work in the administration of all human resources functions such as personnel policies, recruitment, compensation, benefits, and compliance with federal and state laws as well as safety functions of the City.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Public or Business Administration, Human Relations, or related field supplemented by five years of experience in municipal administration or personnel management. Additional related experience may be substituted for educational requirements.
Starting Salary Range: $50,000 – $64,000. Participation in the CERS retirement system and an excellent benefit package upon request.
