Recruitment & Retention Officer/Administrative Assistant
Under general supervision, serves as an administrative assistant for the Fire Chief and administrative personnel. Responsible for secretarial duties and records management functions, data entry, assist with invoices, research and oversee volunteer recruitment & retention operations and write grant applications. Must be a self-motivated person with the ability to deal courteously with the public on the phone and in person.
Qualifications: Graduation from high school or equivalent supplemented by one year secretarial experience. Additional education may be substituted for one year of experience. Grant writing & reporting experience preferred. Hourly range: $12.69 – $13.89 with benefits.
