As Building Inspector/Chief Code Enforcement Officer, Jeff inspects and investigates complaints on the majority of the City Ordinances including trash, junk cars, tall weeds and grass, and dilapidated buildings. His department also annually inspects rental property, reviews plans and issues building permits for new construction.
