Juan Hernandez, Community Liaison As Community Liaison for the City of Shelbyville, Juan Hernandez contends with issues such as the education of Hispanics on local laws, housing and benefits that Latinos qualify for. Along with translating for the City Police, Juan also helps other government agencies with their translating needs. Juan instructs CPR classes for the Latino community and tutors
